Vikträ terraces are designed to be built under the house, so that you don't have to completely dig out the ground.
There are two ways to install the terrace, either on small concrete foundation blocks or a screw foundation on a prussian shoe. Then a terrace, depending on how big you want it.
The soil must be removed from under the small foundation blocks, the holes must be filled with crushed stone, leveled and compacted, and then the foundation blocks can be lifted and a terrace can be built on top.
Or screw foundation prussiking, which must be screwed into the ground, leveled and a terrace built on top of it.

The terrace is weatherproofed.
